We encourage all of our new teardown clients to allow the city's fire department to practice rescue procedures on their old home just prior to demolition as some of our past clients have graciously done. Not only does the fire department greatly appreciate the opportunity to train on a real building, but the homeowner gets a moderate tax break as well. It's good for everyone.
